Beers N’ Mixers

Image When I first saw this article, I thought it was brilliant. Then I remembered, “oh yeah, I’ve dumped lots of shit in my beers before while playing bartender to myself and friends after a few drinks” but this article makes it seem so sophisticated. And I like to disguise any bad behavior as “sophisticated” when I can.

So here it is: (of course brought to you by Tasting Table (genius)). And this article totally justifies my recent purchase of these: Michael’s Squeeze Bottles

Mixer #1:
In the squeeze bottle: equal parts fresh lime juice and Worcestershire sauce
In the can: lager or pale ale
To serve: Take a hearty sip, then squeeze in a small amount of the mixer; add one dash of hot sauce. Sprinkle the can’s rim with salt, then serve.

Mixer #2:
In the squeeze bottle: equal parts fresh orange juice and Campari
In the can: IPA
To serve: Take a hearty sip, then squeeze a small amount of the mixer into the can and serve.

Mixer #3:
In the squeeze bottle: equal parts soy sauce and fresh ginger juice
In the can: wheat beer
To serve: Take a hearty sip, then squeeze a small amount of the mixer into the can and serve.
