Sugar Sugar: take one

ImageUpon being challenged (tricked) by a friend into making and selling french macaroons at the first Downtown Farmers Market, I set out to win and at the same time drive myself crazy with this idea of launching this as a business. I thought of my biz name, made a FB page, and then stayed up all night baking. I certainly learned a few lessons in the process and am still trying to decide if drinking for four hours before baking has anything to do with the turn out (more research required there), but the bottom line is: I did it. I’ll admit I have a long way to go, but you have to start before you can finish, right? And I’m hoping real success includes a lot of fucking up as well.
